Well, if you are watching a 4k BluRay your bit-rate will go between 82 Mbps
and 128 Mbps depending on what is happening on the screen and how much compression can occur.
Netflix on the other hand recommends you have a 25 mbps. That's well within a typical cable subscription. However, does 4k at that bit rate look good? I don't know, but I might prefer a less compressed 1080...
